1 c. oat bran
1/2 c. rolled oats
2 c. hot milk
5 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. honey or syrup
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 packet yeast
1 T. salt
1 large egg
4 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put oat bran and oats in bowl, pour hot milk over them stir in honey or syrup. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water and put in bowl with oats after it is cool. Add 2 1/2 c flour, beat, cover let set 30 min.
After 30 min, beat the salt, oil and egg. Beat in flour. Knead. Let rise - will double

375º 40-45 min 8 1/2-4 1/2 in loaf pan
