Jalapeņo peppers, canned Tuna fish FInely chopped pecans Lemon juice Mashed hard cooked eggs Mayonnaise to moisten
Early in the day, cut Jalapeņos lengthwise, remove seeds, wash in cold water and drain. Combine the remaining ingredients; stuff into the jalapeņos. Refrigerate. Jalapeņos can also be stuffed with cheese spread or with ham spread.
