1 T. lemon juice 3 c. chopped apples 1/3 c. raisins 2/3 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. walnuts or pecans 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 T. sugar
Chop 3 or 4 apples (do not peel). Sprinkle lemon juice over chopped apples and toss. Mix everything together in a medium sized bowl with the mayonnaise and sugar, coating all of the ingredients. Can be chilled overnight.
