5-6 cucumbers ( peeled and sliced thin )
1 red onion
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all together and let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

You can add spices to taste like lemon pepper, italian spice, garlic powder.
