Baked Spaghetti Recipe

2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. spaghetti
1 (32 oz.) jar pasta sauce (or your own.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Finely chopped onions
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Fry onions and garlic till brown. Brown meat until done; add the onions and garlic. Add the tomato sauce to the meat mixture and simmer. Cook spaghetti per package.
When all items are cooked, add the spaghetti to the meat sauce. In a deep baking pan, alternate between layers of the meat mixture and mozzarella cheese; top off with layer of cheese.

Bake covered at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until hot throughout. Broil for the last couple of minutes for a crispier top.
