2 packages frozen broccoli spears or chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 cup bread crumbs (I use Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned)

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook frozen broccoli as directed on the package (microwave method is fine). Drain and set aside. Mix all other ingredients except ½ breadcrumbs. Heat this mixture until creamy.

Alternate layers of cream mixture, broccoli and breadcrumbs in a large oblong baking dish. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Easily serves 6.
