2 packages frozen broccoli spears or chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 cup bread crumbs (I use Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned)

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook frozen broccoli as directed on the package (microwave method is fine). Drain and set aside. Mix all other ingredients except breadcrumbs. Heat this mixture until creamy.

Alternate layers of cream mixture, broccoli and breadcrumbs in a large oblong baking dish. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Easily serves 6.
