13 Ritz crackers 1 cup finely chopped pecans 4 egg whites 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking powder
Roll the Ritz crackers until fine and combine with finely chopped pecans. Whip 4 egg whites until stiff. Add 1 tsp. baking powder. Fold in 1 cup sugar. Fold nut mixture into egg whites. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake @ 350º for 40 minutes. Serve with Dream Whip.
