1 cup Polenta - not corn meal
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese or the dry kind
2 - 3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to boil.
Add Polenta and stir till thick - about 2 or 3 minutes.
Add butter and cheese stirring till blended.

Serve immediately!

You can add more cheese to get a stronger flavor!
