4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped.
4 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 vidalia onion, thinly sliced
Several leaves of Basil, sliced Chiffonade
8 oz vinaigrette of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large serving bowl, toss together the tomatoes, avocados and vidalia onion.

Fresh ground pepper and salt.

Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving to marinate.
