2 cups yogurt

1/4 cup water

1 coarsely chopped apple

1 T cilantro

1 T roasted cumin

1/2 t salt

1/4 cayenne or red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat yogurt and water in medium bowl, using wire whisk. Stir in remaining ingredients. minutes

2. Refrigerate at lease 30 minutes
