Oven 300º

3 Lbs. beef
2 onions chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
2 Tblsp. vinegar (cider or balsamic)
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup or you may use catsup
1 T. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp.. red pepper
1 tsp.. chili powder
1/4 c brown sugar
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in 300º oven covered for 5 hours. After 4 hours, remove bones and fat. Shred with two forks. Amen.

This is one of those dishes that never has left - overs and is very inexpensive to make. Helena is a close friend who shared the heritage of her Polish background through her terrific recipes. This one in particular, is often eaten when a casual dinner is required or a pot luck to take somewhere.
