1-2 Pounds Crawfish
1/2 Pound Cajun Style Sausage, Sliced in Bite Size Pieces
1/4 Pound Butter
3 Cups Rice
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
1 Can Beef Broth
1 Cup Water
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Medium Bell Pepper, Chopped
Season (Tony's or My Special Seasoning) to Taste

Directions:

Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter until veggies are soft. In rice cooker, combine all ingredients and cook as you would rice.
