2 whole chickens, cut in pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
Seasoned flour (see next recipe)

Combine all ingredients (except for the seasoned flour) into a large bowl. Add chicken to marinade turning to coat well - let stand for one hour.

Remove chicken pieces and press into the seasoned flour to completely cover all of the chicken pieces.

Heat oil and fry chicken a few pieces at a time until golden brown and fully cooked.
