4 cans (16-oz. size) pork and beans, rinsed
5 slices bacon, crisp
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chipotle mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In skillet cook bacon till crisp; remove from pan, drain. Saute onion and green peppers until onion is golden, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Place rinsed beans in a large bowl and add molasses, ketchup and mustard; mix well. Stir into beans; gently mix. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over beans.

Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
