2 cups diced cooked potatoes
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
4 teaspoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes and onion. Mix flour, salt and pepper, and slowly blend in the milk. Combine with the potato-and-onion mixture. Heat oil in a heavy fry pan.

Spread potato mixture evenly in the pan, making one large cake that does not touch the sides. Cook over medium heat until the underside is brown. Cut into four equal portions and turn each of the pieces to brown the other side.
