1 lb. ground beef
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
2 c. tomato juice
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 rounded tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder (or a bit more)
Cooked white rice

Brown ground beef in pan; drain grease. Add bouillon cube and next 4 ingredients. Simmer for awhile until vegetables are still crispy. Make white sauce with flour (use just a bit of water - not too thick, not too runny either) and stir in. Add the rest of ingredients. Simmer for awhile. Serve over cooked rice.
