Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
salt & pepper
1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk


Sauce:

1/2 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 tomato soup can water
2 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sauce on stove for 10 minutes, simmering while you prepare the meat. Form the meat into a round loaf in a casserole dish and pour sauce over. Bake at 375º to 400º, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or longer at lower temperature) until sauce thickens.
