2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
shakes of pepper (to taste)
shakes of chili powder (to taste)
2 tbsp. olive oil

Bring all to boil. Add 2 cups of uncooked rice and simmer covered. Do not lift lid till done. Cook for 20 min.
