1 kg frozen hash browns
1 500 ml container of sour cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add in potatoes. Butter a 9x13 pan. Add mixture to pan. Bake at 350º for 1-1/2 hours.
