2 cups very warm water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/2 cup of Sugar 1/2 cup Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. Instant Yeast 6 cups of Flour
Put very warm water in a mixing bowl. Add salt, egg, sugar, oil, Yeast and flour. Mix and knead into a round ball with no air bubbles. Grease dough and bowl with oil. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Punch down and separate into muffin tins (makes 3 dozen). Let rise for 1 more hour in warm place. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
