1 1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs (fine)
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
salt & pepper
1 egg
1 c. Ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water

For meatballs, mix ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt/pepper and egg together and shape into balls. Brown in frying pan; then cover with sauce. In a small saucepan mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and water for sauce and boil for 3 minutes, then pour over meatballs. Serve over plain white rice.
