1/4 c margerine
1/4 c shortening
1/4 c brown sugar
1 egg yolk
Pinch of salt
1 c flour
1/2 t vanilla
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margerine, shortening, brown sugar,and egg yolk. Add flour & salt, and vanilla.
Crush nuts with rolling pin. Make balls of dough; dip in egg white and roll in nuts. Put on cookie sheet in 325 (375?) oven for 5 mins. Take out and make a depression in middle with 1/2 tsp. Put back in oven for 5-6 mins. Fill hole with frosting or jelly.
