Rice ( cooked)
Smoked Sausage
Chicken Broth
Raw Shrimp
Stewed Tomatoes
Bay Leaves
Frozen Okra
Salt and Pepper
Chopped up: (not small)
Chili Peppers
Onion and Green Pepper
Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In crock-pot or large sauce pan add broth and water (about equal), tomatoes, sautéed in butter-onion and green peppers, spices, okra, browned sausage cut in chunks. Cook 4 to 5 hours. To thicken add 1 T flour or cornstarch to 3 T warm water and add to pan. Add shrimp last 20 minutes. Pour over rice.
