10 oz. Pkg Chopped Broccoli (or fresh)
½ C Chopped Onion
2 T Butter melted in lg sauce pan
1 (10 ¾ oz) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 ½ C Water
¾ lb. American Cheese Cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli, drain well, sauté onion in butter. Combine all ingredients in pan and cook over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring often. Make about 6 cups.
