2lbs. Ground Chuck
2 Onions Chopped
2 Quarts of Tomatoes (2 large cans and 1 small)
2 Cans Pinto Beans, not drained
2 Cans of Hominy, not drained
2 Cans of Rotel Tomatoes
2 Pkgs Taco Seasoning, hot and spicy
2 Pkgs of Hidden Valley Dressing Mix

Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Drain well. Add all other ingredients and simmer several hours. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top.

**Can easily ½ recipe.

This is the recipe I like to use. Gay gave it to me and I like it because it has hominy in it! I like to add a can of black beans also.
