Heat milk in a sauce pan over low heat. Beat eggs and sugar. Gradually add to heated milk. Stir until coats spoon. Add vanilla and whipping cream. When mixture is boiling good turn to med. or low heat.
This was a favorite of mine. Granny, Grandmom Shirley and Grandmom Fain always had some made up for Christmas.
