6 large portobello mushrooms, 1 1/2 lbs of crab meat,(shredded finley) 2 cups of sour cream, add salt & pepper, garlic powder, add a couple of green chilies.

Directions:
after mixing all thogether, spoon crab mixture into the mushroom, put in oven,on temp 350 for about 40 min.
