1 lb. ground beef 1 onion - small 1/2 wild rice - cooked (or canned) 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/3 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. Cream of Mushroom soup - condensed 2/3 c. water 2/3 c. white wine 1/4 tsp. salt Pepper - to taste
Preheat oven to 375º (F) Combine beef, onion, rice, salt, breadcrumbs, and milk. Shape into 1" balls. Place in shallow pan; bake 10-15 minutes or until brown. In saucepan combine soup, water, wine & spices. Add meatballs & simmer for 30 minutes.
