2Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
1 Large Turkey Breast, Boned, Skinned And Cubed
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Medium Red Onion, Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Sweet Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
3 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Can (14 Oz) Stewed Tomatoes, Diced
1/2 Cup Red Wine (optional or add more stock)
1 Tsp Dried Sage Or 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh or Thyme is just as good
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary Or 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Table Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in the pot. Sauté the turkey for 5 to 6 minutes. Add the remaining oil. Sauté the garlic, onion and red bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the cream. Bring to a boil; reduce the heat. Simmer the soup for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

3. Add the cream. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
