Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
2 c sifted flour
1 1/4 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 c vegetable oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c grated or finely ground carrots, firmly packed1 c broken nuts
1 c raisins
1 c chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Add the rest, mix well, and pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans or one dripper pan.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
