6 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. vinegar
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 T. canning salt
1 T. celery seed
1 T. mustard seed

Directions:

Mix all together. Let stand 1 hour, then put into jars and cover. Ready to eat instantly.

These will keep up to one year refrigerated in covered jars without sealing. Jars only need to be washed prior to use. Even Patti can make these!
