6-8 potatoes (medium -sized)
8 oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 lb chopped ham
1-2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes until soft, then drain. Mix sour cream and butter, then at milk until creamy. Stir in ham and return to stove. Pour in milk until you have a thick soup consistency. Cook on low for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, adding milk as needed.
