1 cup shredded cheese, 2 cups half n half mixed with 4 eggs, well drained veggies or meats or combination of, unbaked pie shell.

Place the shredded cheese in an unbaked pie shell; pour the egg/milk mixture over. Add the meat or veggies or a comb of on top. (kind of poke them down into the custard) Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until set as in a custard.

If you keep a frozen pie crust in the freezer, this is easy to make on the week-end, esp. for company. Be creative! We like ham and cheddar; mushroom and swiss; onion and bacon with swiss.
