1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1/3 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed best), 1 Tbsp. real lemon juice, 3/4 cup pineapple juice, 20 oz. pineapple chunks, 2 11oz. cans mandarin oranges, 3-4 apples and 4 bananas.

Cook the first 5 ingredients until thick. Cool and add fruit, chill.
