1/2 stick butter, 1 can beef consomme', 1 package onion soup mix, 1 cup uncooked long grain rice, 1 soup can of water.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in casserole dish. Add the soup, dry soup, rice and water and stir. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
