1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and peanut butter. Beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, blend well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Press down with fork tines to make criss-crosses. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes approximately 4 doz. cookies.
