5 cups Bread Flour
tsp. Yeast
2 tsp. Salt
12 oz. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix. Let stand for 19 hours
Punch down let stand for 15 minutes
Form into loaf. Let rise for 2 hours on towel sprinkled with corn meal. Pre-hear oven with Dutch Oven inside. Gently turn load into heated Dutch Oven.
Bake at 450F for 30 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
