Mix:
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. minute oats
1 stick oleo
Let stand 20 minutes.
Mix 1 c. white sugar
1 c.brown sugar and beat with 2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1t. cinnamon
1t. nutmeg
1t. soda
1t. vanilla
Mix and add oats

Directions:

Bake at 250 degrees

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 c. carnation milk
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
Spread topping and place in broiler until toasted.
