1 1/2 cups white flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. pecans or other nuts
1 large apples - peeled and chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cloves and sugar into iron skillet. Combine salad oil and egg, add nuts and apples. Stir all together with dry ingredients and bake at 375 for 35 min.
