1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. lime juice 1/2 c. chopped cilantro 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 2 T. minced canned Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 2 T. sauce from peppers 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. cheyenne pepper.
Mix all in a bowl and serve with your favorite pork. I love it on a tenderloin.
