12 oz. ground turkey sausage
1 cup frozen diced hash browns
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sweet green peppers, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 can reduced-sodium chicken broth, (14.5 oz.)
1 can Black beans, (15 oz.) rinsed & drained
1 can Golden hominy, (14.5 ounce) rinsed & drained
1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, (14.5 ounce) NOT drained

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, brown sausage. Add green pepper, onion, garlic and cook until tender. Stir in broth, black beans, hominy, tomatoes, potatoes, chili powder and oregano. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
