6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/3 - 1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. rosemary
dash of salt
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in pot until fork tender. Mash potatoes with stock. Mix in the rest of ingredients. Enjoy.
