1 lb. sweet sausage 1 lb. bow tie pasta 10 oz. cremini mushrooms 10 oz. frozen baby peas 3/4 jar of organic pasta sauce
In a Dutch Oven cook sausage, drain and set aside. Cook mushrooms and render down with 2 drizzles of good extra virgin oil oil. Once rendered combine all ingredients in Dutch oven and simmer. Cook pasta till al dente. Combine and serve.
