1 ½ c Sugar
3 T Quick-Cooking Tapioca
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 lb (3c) Rhubarb, ½” pieces
1 c Strawberries, sliced
1 T Margarine
9” Double Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, tapioca, salt and nutmeg.
Add rhubarb ad strawberries.
Mix to coat fruit.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pastry for 9” lattice-top pie.
Line pie plate with pastry.
Fill with fruit mixture.
Dot with margarine.
Adjust lattice top; seal.
Bake at 400° for 35-40 min.
