3 cups cubed potatoes
2 cups water
1 tsp. salt
tsp. dry mustard
 tsp. pepper
4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1 medium onion
3 cups milk
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with salt, mustard and pepper. Do not drain. Mash potatoes

Cook bacon and onion till bacon is brown and onion tender. Stir into potato mixture. Add milk and cheese. Cook till cheese is melted and good and hot.
