Tenderloin Roast 1 whole tenderloin
salt and pepper
cooking oil - crisco liquid
garlic powder
sauce
1 box sliced mushrooms
1 stick margarine
1/4 -1/2 c burgandy or good red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat throughly as it has no fat with the oil.Preheat oven to to 425 degrees. Roll in salt and pepper. Place on a swallow drip pan . Roast for 18 -20 minutes for medium rear. Check with a meat thermometer. Save dripping and reserve for sauce
Sauce - Saute the mushrooms in the stick of margarine. Salt to taste, add a pinch of garlic powder. Add wine , and add the pan drippings
