2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 ounces Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 ounce Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
2 slices bread crumbs
1/8 cup milk
1 box Manicotti noodles
16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef and onion, drain well. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix in 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, 8 ounces Monterrey Jack, 1 ounce Parmesan, egg, bread crumbs and milk. Mix well; let cool.

Cook noodles as directed on package. Stuff with hamburger mixture; lay side by side in baking pan.

Pour spaghetti sauce over stuffed noodles. Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350º 25 to 35 minutes.
