1 pkg. (8 oz) softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 can (15.5 or 20 oz) well-drained crushed pineapple
1 9-in graham cracker pie crust
1 can (15.5 or 20 oz) drained pineapple chunks (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese and sugar in a bowl.
2. Fold in cool whip and well-drained crushed pineapple. Spoon into pie crust.
3. Top with pineapple chunks. Chill 2 hrs/overnight.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use the 1/3 less fat cream cheese, fat free cool whip and reduced fat graham cracker crust. DO NOT use the fat free cream cheese.

I don't ever put the pineapple chunks on top and no one ever complains. This pie disappears quickly and is perfect for a summer gathering.
