1 c chopped onion
2 lg. garlic cloves crushed
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cans (14.5 oz ea) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained.
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1-1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
10 corn tortillas
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 sm can sliced black olives
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute onions and garlic about 5 min., stir in tomatoes, chilies, oregano,black olives, salt and sugar. Simmer for 15 min. over medium heat stirring occasionally. Combine 1/2 c of the sauce with chicken and set aside.

Bring remaining sauce just to a boil. Place a tortilla in sauce to soften, remove and let sauce drip into the skillet.
Place tortilla in 9X 13 baking dish and place 2 Tablespoons chicken mixture down center, roll and put open side down in dish. Repeat until all ten tortillas are in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas, add cheese. Bake at 400º for 20 -25 min.
