1/2 c fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
14 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Basil
Salt & Pepper
1 egg
2 Tlbs water
6 chicken breasts-boneless
2 Tlbs butter
2 Tlbs oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, spices and set aside.
Beat egg and water together. Dip chicken in egg then in bread crumb misture, place on plate. Heat butter and oil in lg frying pan, cook untl golden brown on both sides. 7 to
8 min. - Serve with potatoes or rice.
